 My name is Lanetta Marshall and I am a 20 year old junior at Louisiana State University. My major is social work and I plan on being a social worker when I graduate and to open up a Early Childhood Education Center when I progress in my career and education. I am a 91C, Utilities Equipment Repairer (mechanic) in the army and I also plan on having that under my belt when starting a Motor Shop business. 

  Copyright is the legal right given to an  originator or an assignee to print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material, and to authorize others to do the same. Basically, originators have the right to protect their creations by copyright. This way they can somewhat control where their work ends up and keep their creative status.    The US Constitution protects original and creative work as soon as it is created. Any piece of work created after January 1, 1978, is protected during the author's life and will continue to be protected 70 years after their death. My major is social work, I plan to be a social worker one day to serve justice to people who need it in my community.
