Meeting Lanetta.
My name is Lanetta Marshall and I am a junior at Louisiana State University. I am a mechanic in the Army Reserves and I have served for about two and a half years now. My major is social work, I plan to be a social worker one day to serve justice to people who need it in my community. I also want to get a certification and open up my own daycare/early childhood education center one day. I have always been passionate about the safety of today's youth and when I advance in my degree and eventually my career, I plan on expressing this passion by helping them directly in any way that I can. I love art and music, anything that requires creativity honestly. I am the middle child of 7 siblings between both my mother and father, and I love to cook.
The reason I am blogging is that I want people to access my ideas. Without writing them down or telling them to someone, Ideas are just thoughts. Blogging is the perfect way for me to do this because it is a happy medium between formal and informal. I also want people to get a little gist of my personal experiences. In addition, with my website, I want to educate people about early childhood education and how to properly teach and care for children, also indirect ways to help them through their struggles.
